Hi! I’m Aoife
I’m here to support your mental and physical well-being
I’m a yoga, meditation, breathwork and sound teacher with a Masters in Psychology and a background in mental health training.
I offer tailor made well-being classes and workshops for individuals, small groups and corporate clients.
I also teach group classes in gyms and studios across London.

My mission is to make yoga and well-being accessible to EVERYBODY!

My influences
An inclusive approach
My teaching style has been inspired by the teachers who guided me at the beginning of my yoga journey. I first became immersed in the traditions of yoga on a trip to India in 2013 and fell in love with the practice. On my return to London I tried as many styles and teachers as I could, but didn’t always gel. The teachers who kept me coming back always made me feel welcome in a space I initially felt like I might not belong. Having no background in gym or dance, they made crazy looking poses accessible by breaking them down and empowering my self belief. Thank you so much to;
- Emi Tull, Dharma Yoga
- Amme Poulton, Rocket Yoga
- Celeste Pereira, Vinyasa Flow
- Ryan Speilman, Ashtanga
Student first, teacher second
I have been practicing Dharma with Emi Tull for nearly ten years, and I am so grateful for her continued devotion to serve others. I chose to undertake my Yoga Teacher Trainings with Miriam Indries (200hr) and Annie Au (100hr) for their impeccable global reputation for what they do.
